PRICES
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices & terms & conditions without notice.
PAYMENT
Payment is due with order, unless a credit account has been opened. Terms are strictly 30 days for account customers. All new orders from new or non account
customers must be paid by cash, cheque or credit card prior to successfully setting up a credit account. Cheques should be paid to Cosmoforce, Perfect Nails. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta, Switch and Solo. There will be a £10.00 surcharge for processing returned cheques.
CLAIMS
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within 3 days. Perfect Nails cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained through delays in transit.
RETURNED GOODS
Goods are not offered on a 'sale or return' basis. Goods that have been ordered in error will be accepted for return if the Company is notified within 7 days in writing and the goods arrive back at our premises in perfect condition. A 15% handling charge will be applied for all such transactions.
DELIVERY
Perfect Nails will endeavour to despatch goods on the same day that they are ordered if the order is received before 2.00 pm, however, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 5 working days. Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Perfect Nails as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Postage will be charged on all packages to a maximum rate of £6.50 plus vat. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed without a substantial premium.
OWNERSHIP
Legal ownership of goods, supplied by Perfect Nails does not pass to the purchaser until full payment of all outstanding monies in respect of such goods is paid.
