How to order...

Creating an account

If you havnt been given a Username and Password already , before you can make a purchase with us you must register and create an account. The account will store your name and address, this only takes a couple of minutes to set up and it will make your shopping quicker next time.

Searching & Browsing for Items & Products

Once you have logged in the easiest way to find a product or item is to use the ‘Search’ box. This can be found on the top left of every page.  Simply type in part of the name of the item and select search. If you can;t find what you are looking for try using some of the options below...
      
       - Try and keep the search as simple as possibly by only entering 1 or 2 words
       - Avoid using commas, full stops and any other punctuation
       - Try browsing for products using the index on the left hand side of the home 
         page or selecting the specific department

Selecting an item

Once you have found your item simply click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ which will appear on the left side of your creen.  As more items get added to your basket the number of items and the total cost of your order (excluding delivery) will change.

Paying for your order

When you have filled your basket and you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket. You will then be asked to submit your order which will automatically be sent to a member of the customer service team. They will then contact you shortly to confirm the order and arrange payment if necessary.

Delivery

Perfect Nails will endeavour to despatch goods on the same day that they are ordered if the order is received before 2.00 pm, however, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 5 working days. Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Perfect Nails as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Postage will be charged on all packages to a maximum rate of £6.50 plus vat. Postage charges on orders to the Channel Islands may vary. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed without a substantial premium.

Please note that Perfect Nails can only deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland, not deliver goods toSouthern Ireland. We are also unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses. 

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item from us in error or is damaged in any way please contact the customer service team on 0844 800 9396 within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange a refund or a replacement.  In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.  Please contact us prior to returning the items so that we can make a record of the return. Please include your account number and contact details to enable us to confirm receipt of the products.
