Perfect Nails have been honoured in many ways and various occasions:
• Essie Weingarten was one of eight successful businesswoman honoured by Cosmetic Executive Women (www.cew.org) with a 2004 Achiever Award. Essie particularly stands out in the group not only for successfully building a company on her own, but also for being the first in the professional beauty arena to receive this award.
• Redbook magazine named essie Ballet Slippers as one of five beauty products that are American Classics (November 2004).
• Grazia voted Essie’s Pink Glove Service in 2nd place in their Premium Winners Category for ‘Best Nail Polishes’ (November 2006)
• Essie Cosmetics has been honoured with 8 of Allure Magazines’s annual Best of Beauty Awards. Essie has won: ‘Best Nail Polish Colours (8 years), ‘Best Cuticle Cream’ (2 years) and Best Nail File’ (1 year).
• In 2005, Essie was inducted into the Allure Hall of Fame, making the company the only professional beauty company to be part of the elite group.
• InStyle Magazine has chosen Essie for the following Best Beauty Buys categories, published annually: ‘Overall Line’ (4 times, ‘Most Universally Flattering Neutral Shade’ (3 times), ‘Most Flattering Red’, and ‘Value Polish’. Essie Mademoiselle was also recognised as the best nude nail polish 3 years in a row by In Style Magazine UK and is now in the Hall of Fame.
• Town & Country Magazine named Essie Fed Up and Quick-e two of their 150 Best Beauty Products (May 2004).
• Town and Country Magazine selected Essie Vanity Fairest as one of the 75 Best NEW Beauty Products introduced between May 2004 and 2005 (June 2005).
• Child Magazine readers voted Essie nail polish number 1 in their Beauty Awards Poll (September 2004)
• CosmoGirl awarded Essie Mademoiselle it’s ‘Kiss of Approval’ as well as tagged it ‘Prettiest Nail Polish’ (September 2004)
